      We specialize in building websites, apps, and interactive experiences that seamlessly integrate the digital and physical worlds. Most of our work is for large to mid-sized corporate clients and associations – along with a handful of non-profits and Christian ministries.



      We’re on the lookout for a full-time Salesforce Administrator who will assist in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of an organization’s database


      You will utilize your Salesforce expertise, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem. This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment.



      The Salesforce Administrator is expected to do the following:


      Support Creative2 in serving as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment

      Help focus the organization’s use of data towards what best serves the mission

      Handle basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks

      Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate

      Assist in automating processes using Salesforce tools

      Identify, install, and maintain appropriate Salesforce features for mass email, donation management, event planning, and more

      Train internal team users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization

      Document customizations made in Salesforce

      Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Salesforce administration


      Skills and Qualifications

      Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) required

      Experience with integration, de-duping, and data-cleansing services like Cloudingo required

      Experience handling donations (and recurring donations), receipts, and payment gateways such as Chargent required

      Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom reports, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred

      Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality along with architecting future expansion preferred

      Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred

      Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude

      Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

      Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

      Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization

      Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems
