Creative2 worked with RMTA to revamp the organization's web experience with an edge-to-edge, responsive layout and multiple interactive elements to allow for better engagement with stakeholders and customers.
Map with Social Integration
The focal point of the RMTA website is a homepage map that clearly identifies roads in the RMTA system and their relation to Richmond landmarks. When RMTA makes a post on Twitter using a hashtag with the road name, the post appears as an update on the map.
Upon clicking toll calculator on the homepage, the map transforms to allow drives the ability to calculate money that will be owed based on entry and exit locations, and number of axles.
Text & E-mail Alerts
To further enhance how RMTA communicates with drivers, the website allows for text and e-mail alerts signups - which will provide real-time alerts directly to mobile phones.
